Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to effectively collaborate andcommunicate with technical and non-technicalstakeholders· Knowledge and experience with incidentmanagement, including problem-solving andresolution techniques***US Citizenship is required for this role***Desired skills :. Experience with IT Disaster Recovery planning andexercise development. Proven ability to handle business continuity anddisaster recovery events and crises. Proficiency in data visualization tools, MicrosoftOffice, and project management software· Crisis management experience in a corporate setting. Understanding of Disaster Recovery and BusinessContinuity principles, including risk management andcompliance.
