Professional firm seeking experienced front office admin/receptionist that will handle the reception area by greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner, answering/transferring and taking messages of calls, coordinate evets, set up conference rooms, process/sort/distribute mail, update records and proficient in computer softwares. This is a fulltime professional environment looking for experienced receptionist. Pay is based on experience $19+.
